We first hear from an expert discussing a topic within their area of expertise as it relates to holistic medicine and therapies. We then open up the room for a collaborative and honest conversation, where we all can ask questions and discuss our thoughts on the topic at hand.
This is your chance to get involved, ask questions and provides you with a stronger understanding on the topic. The combination of lecture and group discussion forms a great atmosphere of learning, collaboration and community engagement.
