We are less than a week away before we start Eat Well, Move Well, Feel Well!💜
Dawn Taylor from The Taylor Way and I are working together to bring you 12 weeks of group coaching all focused on you and your health! It is so important that we take care of ourselves physically, mentally and emotionally and thats what we are here to do with you!
In this 12 weeks together we will learn what foods give us energy (and of course eat more of those foods), we will move our bodies together (yes – virtually, and you don’t have to turn your camera on) and we will dive deep and discover what’s held us back in the past, how to over come it and crush our goals!
When you feel good inside and out you show up better for yourself and for your loved ones. Right now, during this crazy time in all of our lives it is so important we focus on ourselves and make sure we are taking care of our health so we come out of this thriving and ready for whatever life throws our way next!

We start May 25th and run for 12 weeks
Every Monday morning Dawn and myself will host a live zoom call with new content and stuff to focus on for the week (all videos will be recorded if you can’t make it live)
Every week we will host a live Q&A (again it will be recorded)
There will be a private Facebook group for all members, where we come together as community and hold each other accountable
In this Facebook group we will post different recipes and exercises to do and to stay healthy!
