Start Fresh for Spring is a fun & delicious plan to show you how to finally escape diet trends and create simple habits that help you gain results. After 10 years of work in the healthcare industry and completing education in nutrition, Mandy realized that the current diet models are not practical or sustainable for most people. She created the Pura Vida Lifestyle as a result.
